amendment:

Section: 05              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 263             Inserts proviso language to specify $50,000 in 
                         nonrecurring funds from the State Transportation 
Spec App: 1989A          Trust Fund for Wilton Drive Streetscape (Senate Form 
                         2287). Amends proviso language to specify reducing 
                         funding by the same amount from AVE Banyan Project 
                         at Opa Locka Executive Airport (Senate Form 2297).
