On Page: 078             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Good Wheels, Inc., (Senate Form 2087) 
Spec App:  367           in the Department of Health. Reduces $50,000 in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds from the 
                         Charlotte Behavioral Healthcare Community Action 
                         Treatment (CAT) team (Senate Form 1275) in the 
                         Department of Children and Families.
