The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 108             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Andrews Institute Regenerative Medicine 
Spec App:  561           Center (Senate Form 2032) in the Department of 
                         Health. Reduces $50,000 in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds from Fixed Capital Outlay in the 
                         Department of Veterans' Affairs.
