On Page: 101 Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue
funds to the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis (Senate
Spec App: 514 Form 1936) in the Department of Health. Reduces
$50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue funds from
Fixed Capital Outlay in the Department of Veterans'
Affairs.
