Appropriation 689, INSERT:

From the fund in Specific Appropriation 689, $100,000 in nonrecurring 
general revenue funds are provided to the department for the 
implementation of an automated staffing and scheduling enhancement to 
the current automated time and attendance system to replace the Roster 
Management System. The department may procure this pursuant to chapter 
287, Florida Statutes.
