The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 108             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Alternative Treatment for Veterans (Senate 
Spec App:  561           Form 2611) in the Agency for Persons with 
                         Disabilities. Reduces funding by the same amount in 
                         the Department of Veterans' Affairs fixed capital 
                         outlay.

From  the  funds in Specific Appropriation 575A, the nonrecurring sum of
$50,000  from  the  General Revenue Fund is provided to the University 
of South Florida for Alternative Treatment for Veterans (Senate Form
