On Page: 263             Inserts proviso language to specify $100,000 in 
                         nonrecurring funds from the State Transportation 
Spec App: 1989A          Trust Fund for W. Cervantes Street Pedestrian Safety 
                         Improvements (Senate Form 2201). Amends proviso 
                         language to specify reducing funding by the same 
                         amount from the Woodbine Road (CR 197) 4 Lane 
                         Expansion (Senate Form 2208).
