On Page: 332             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Hialeah Infrastructure Improvement (Senate 
Spec App: 2669           Form 1180). Reduces funding by the same amount from 
                         Emergency Response and Operation Center Improvement 
                         (Senate Form 1183).
