On Page: 295             Inserts proviso language to specify $100,000 in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds for The 
Spec App: 2307A          Cuban-American Experience (Senate Form 2634). Amends 
                         proviso language to specify reducing funding by the 
                         same amount from Putnam County Animal Shelter 
                         Facility (Senate Form 1088).
