On Page: 074             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the  Rethreaded, Inc., to expand 
Spec App:  327D          facilities that provide services for victims of 
                         human trafficking (Senate Form 2230). Reduces 
                         $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue funds from 
                         the Expenses category in the Department of Children 
                         and Families.
