At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 3008A, INSERT:

The Agency for State Technology shall establish methods for 
standardizing data across the Agency for Health Care Administration, 
Agency for Persons with Disabilities, Department of Children and 
Families, Department of Elder Affairs, Department of Health, and the 
Department of Veterans' Affairs, to promote interoperability and reduce 
the collection of duplicative data. The agency shall develop an 
inventory of existing interagency data-sharing agreements, identify 
areas of electronic data sharing needs which are not currently 
addressed, and facilitate the execution of a comprehensive interagency 
agreement. The inventory shall include all data reported publicly or to 
the federal government for the purpose of identifying where interagency 
data sharing can create staff and technology efficiencies.
