On Page: 258             Inserts proviso language to specify $100,000 in 
                         nonrecurring funding from the Marine Resources 
Spec App: 1898           Conservation Trust Fund for the Florida 
                         International University Invasive Species Research 
                         Consortium (Senate Form 1561).

DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 1898:

The nonrecurring funds in Specific Appropriation 1898 are provided for
the removal of lionfish in the areas of greatest need as determined by
the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. The Commission shall not
tag and release lionfish as an incentive or reward for divers pursuing
these fish.

AND INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1898, $400,000 in nonrecurring 
funds are provided for the removal of lionfish in the areas of greatest 
need as determined by the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. The 
Commission shall not tag and release lionfish as an incentive or reward 
for divers pursuing these fish.

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1898, $100,000 in nonrecurring 
funds are provided for the Florida International University Invasive
