       Senator Montford moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 166
    4  and insert:
    5  investigation. The expansion of the public records exemption
    6  under this subsection to include other identifying information
    7  with respect to any person reporting child abuse, abandonment,
    8  or neglect is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act
    9  in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand repealed on October
   10  2, 2024, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through
   11  reenactment by the Legislature. If the expansion of the
   12  exemption is not saved from repeal, this subsection shall revert
   13  to that in existence on June 30, 2019, except that any
   14  amendments to such text other than by this act shall be
   15  preserved and continue to operate to the extent that such
   16  amendments are not dependent upon the portions of text which
   17  expire pursuant to this subsection.
