       The Committee on Health Policy (Simpson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 109
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) The comprehensive major medical health insurance policy
    6  that the insurer is required to offer under this section must be
    7  a policy that had been actively marketed in this state by the
    8  insurer as of the operative date and that was also actively
    9  marketed in this state during the year immediately preceding the
   10  operative date.
   11         (4) This section does not apply to an insurer issuing only
   12
