    3         Between lines 1303 and 1304
    4  insert:
    5         Section 23. Notwithstanding subsection (13) of section
    6  627.7152, as created by HB 7065, 2019 Regular Session,
    7  subsection (10) of that section is effective upon becoming a
    8  law.
