       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Torres) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 70 - 73
    4  and insert:
    5  Section 3. It is the intent of the Legislature that the lien
    6  interests of the State of Florida relating to the claim of
    7  Robert Alan Smith for the treatment and care of Robert Alan
    8  Smith, excluding the federal portion of any liens, are hereby
    9  waived or extinguished.
