    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (672736) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 40
    5  and insert:

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 4 - 5
   11  and insert:
   12         providing construction; requiring a period of
   13         incarceration for solicitation of prostitution
