       The Committee on Environment and Natural Resources (Montford)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 104 - 108
    4  and insert:
    5  these funds, and may distribute to the appropriate agency to use
    6  these funds, for reforestation; ecosystem management; fire
    7  control measures; debris removal; pollution mitigation; beach
    8  nourishment; coastal or shore protection structures; and land
    9  acquisition Notwithstanding subparagraph 3., for the 2018-2019

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 8
   14  and insert:
   15         use such funds; authorizing the department to
   16         distribute such funds to the appropriate agency;
   17         removing an obsolete provision;
