    6         Section 7. Section 335.21, Florida Statutes, is created to
    7  read:
    8         335.21 Prohibited chemicals on certain roads.—On that
    9  portion of I-75/Alligator Alley/Everglades Parkway between mile
   10  marker 80 West and mile marker 22 East and on that portion of
   11  U.S. 41 between Collier Boulevard and I-95, all of the following
   12  chemicals may not be transported:
   13         (1) Methanol.
   14         (2) Hydrofluoric Acid.
   15         (3) Polyethylene glycol nonylphenyl ether; poly(oxy-1,2
   16  ethanediyl) A-(nonylphenyl)-W-hydroxy.
   17         (4) Ethylene glycol.
   18         (5) Formaldehyde.
   19         (6) Xylene.
   20         (7) Naphthalene.
   21         (8) Ethylbenzene.
   22         (9) Cumene.
   23         (10) Diethylene glycol.
   24         (11) Ethylene oxide.
   25         (12) Silica, amorphous-fumed.
   26         (13) Crystalline silica.
   27         (14) Nitrilotriacetic acid.
   28         (15) Ethanol.
   29         (16) Light aromatic naphtha.
   30         (17) Cristobalite.
   31         (18) Diisopropylnaphthalene/bis (isopropyl) naphthalene.
   32         (19) Toluene.
   33         (20) Paraffinic petroleum distillate.
   34         (21) Diethanolamine.
   35         (22) Methyl isobutyl ketone.
