       The Committee on Judiciary (Gibson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 141 - 144
    4  and insert:
    5  dissemination to address those identified issues; and
    6         3. Any other recommendations to prevent deaths from elder
    7  abuse or neglect, based on an analysis of the data and
    8  information presented in the report.
