       The Committee on Appropriations (Diaz) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (697970) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 134 - 143
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) No later than October 1, 2019, and by each October 1
    6  thereafter, the department must submit to the Governor, the
    7  President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of
    8  Representatives the list of prescription drugs and supplies that
    9  will be excluded from program coverage for the next plan year.
   10  If the department proposes to exclude prescription drugs and
   11  supplies after the plan year has commenced, the department must
   12  provide notice to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and
   13  the Speaker of the House of Representatives of such exclusions
   14  at least 60 days before implementation of such exclusions.
