       The Committee on Community Affairs (Flores) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (225460) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 21 and 22
    5  insert:
    6         Section 2. Subsection (6) is added to section 526.143,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         526.143 Alternate generated power capacity for motor fuel
    9  dispensing facilities; preemption.—
   10         (6) The establishment of requirements for alternate
   11  generated power sources, including transfer switches, is
   12  preempted to the state and the Division of Emergency Management.
