       Senator Albritton moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 168 - 169
    4  and insert:
    5  tourism infrastructure, and deployment of broadband Internet
    6  service and access in unserved rural communities. For the
    7  purposes of this paragraph, the term “unserved rural community”
    8  means a geographic area of this state, identified at the census
    9  block level, in which there is not at least one provider of
   10  broadband Internet service which offers a connection to the
   11  Internet that provides capacity for transmission at an actual
   12  speed of at least 10 megabits per second downstream and at least
   13  1 megabit per second upstream.

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete lines 34 - 37
   18  and insert:
   19         providing that deploying broadband Internet service to
   20         certain areas may be included in a project that is
   21         eligible for rural infrastructure grant funds;
   22         defining the term “unserved rural community”;
   23         requiring that improvements to broadband
