    2         An act relating to qualified blind trusts; repealing
    3         s. 112.31425, F.S., relating to qualified blind
    4         trusts; providing an effective date.

    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7  
    8         Section 1. Section 112.31425, Florida Statutes, is
    9  repealed.
   10         Section 2. This act shall take effect January 1, 2020.
