       Senator Thurston moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 175 - 182
    4  and insert:
    5  premises. Excluded from participating in the Coach Aaron Feis
    6  Guardian Program are individuals who exclusively perform
    7  classroom duties as classroom teachers as defined in s.
    8  1012.01(2)(a). This limitation does not apply to classroom
    9  teachers of a Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps program, a
   10  current servicemember, as defined in s. 250.01, or a current or
   11  former law enforcement officer, as defined in s. 943.10(1), (6),
   12  or (8). A The sheriff who establishes a chooses to establish the
