       The Committee on Appropriations (Thurston) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (313546) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 27 - 34
    5  and insert:
    6  premises. Excluded from participating in the Coach Aaron Feis
    7  Guardian Program are individuals who exclusively perform
    8  classroom duties as classroom teachers as defined in s.
    9  1012.01(2)(a). This limitation does not apply to classroom
   10  teachers of a Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps program, a
   11  current servicemember, as defined in s. 250.01, or a current or
   12  former law enforcement officer, as defined in s. 943.10(1), (6),
