       The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (174650) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 22 and 23
    5  insert:
    6         Section 2. Subsection (14) of section 413.615, Florida
    7  Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         413.615 Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation.—
    9         (14) REPEAL.—This section is repealed October 1, 2019,
   10  unless reviewed and saved from repeal by the Legislature.
