       Senator Lee moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 167 - 169
    4  and insert:
    5         j. Regional planning councils;
    6         k. The community, who may be an individual or a member of a
    7  nonprofit community organization, as determined by the
    8  department; and
    9         l. Appropriate environmental groups, such as 1000 Friends
   10  of Florida, Audubon Florida, the Everglades Foundation, The
   11  Nature Conservancy, the Florida Sierra Club, and the
   12  Conservation Lands Foundation, as determined by the department.
