       Senator Diaz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 906
    4  and insert:
    5  section. The state board rules must include a requirement that
    6  the department work collaboratively with an approved
    7  scholarship-funding organization to expedite the process for the
    8  verification and reporting obligations specified under
    9  subsection (10).
