Services funded by the allocation may include, but 7 are not limited to, tutorial and after-school programs, student 8 counseling, nutrition education, parental counseling, and an 9 extended school day and school year. In addition, services may 10 include models that develop a culture that encourages students 11 to complete high school and to attend college or career 12 training, set high academic expectations, and inspire character 13 development. 14 2.
