    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 374 - 379
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) The department may verify whether a person who has been
    6  convicted of a felony offense and subsequently registers or
    7  applies to register to vote has completed all terms of his or
    8  her sentence as required by this section.
