       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Bracy) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (703932) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 25 - 34
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) “Murder” means any of the following:
    6         1. A violation of any of the following sections which
    7  results in the actual killing of a human being:
    8         a. Section 782.04(1) or (2).
    9         b. Section 782.09.
   10         2. Any similar offense committed in another jurisdiction
   11  which would be an offense listed in this paragraph if it had
   12  been committed in this state.
