       Senator Pizzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 348 - 351
    4  and insert:
    5  community control, or parole. A financial obligation required
    6  under this sub-subparagraph is deemed completed for purposes of
    7  completion of a sentence if the fee or fine has been converted
    8  to a civil lien. Any fee or fine that has not been converted to
    9  a civil lien by the court is deemed to be waived.
