    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 584
    4  and insert:
    5  enforcement under this section expires July 1, 2024. This
    6  subsection does not apply to any local law, ordinance, or
    7  regulation adopted on or before July 1, 2019.
