       The Committee on Innovation, Industry, and Technology (Gruters)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (352908) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 69 - 70
    4  and insert:
    5  and distribution storm protection plan that covers, at a
    6  minimum, the 30-year period addressed in its initial
    7  transmission and distribution storm protection plan at least
    8  every 3 years after commission approval of its most recent plan.
    9  The commission shall approve or modify each updated plan
   10  pursuant to the criteria set forth in subsection (3).
