Paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section 7 413.08, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 8 413.08 Rights and responsibilities of an individual with a 9 disability; use of a service animal; prohibited discrimination 10 in public employment, public accommodations, and housing 11 accommodations; penalties.— 12 (1) As used in this section and s. 413.081, the term: 13 (c) “Public accommodation” means a common carrier, an 14 airplane, a motor vehicle, a railroad train, a motor bus, a 15 streetcar, a boat, or other public conveyance or mode of 16 transportation; a hotel; a vacation rental as defined in s. 17 509.242(1)(c); a timeshare that is a transient public lodging 18 establishment as defined in s. 509.013; a lodging place; a place 19 of public accommodation, amusement, or resort; and other places 20 to which the general public is invited, subject only to the 21 conditions and limitations established by law and applicable 22 alike to all persons.
