       Senator Simmons moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (623018) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 137 - 139
    4  and insert:
    5         (3)(a) Each hospital shall provide to any patient or
    6  patient’s representative identified pursuant to s. 765.401(1)
    7  upon scheduling of nonemergency care, or to any other stabilized
    8  patient or patient’s representative identified pursuant to s.
    9  765.401(1) within 24 hours of the patient being stabilized or at
   10  the time of discharge, whichever comes first, written
   11  information on a form created by the agency
