       Senator Rouson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 37 - 43
    4  and insert:
    5  naming the lessor as a named insured and containing limits of at
    6  least $250,000 per person and up to $500,000 per incident for
    7  bodily injury liability and up to $100,000 for property damage
    8  liability, or at least $750,000 for combined property damage
    9  liability and bodily injury liability. This subsection applies
   10  so long as the insurance coverage meeting such requirements is
   11  in effect. The insurance coverage meeting such requirements may
   12  be obtained by the lessor or lessee and may be provided by a
   13  lessor’s blanket policy.

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete lines 9 - 11
   18  and insert:
   19         providing applicability; providing that such insurance
   20         coverage may be obtained by the lessor or lessee and
   21         may be provided by a lessor’s blanket policy;
   22         providing an effective date.
