       The Committee on Appropriations (Rouson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 141 - 142
    4  and insert:
    5  516.03 concurrently with the application for the program
    6  license. The application required by s. 516.03 must be approved
    7  and the license under that section must be issued in order to
    8  obtain the program license.
