       The Committee on Appropriations (Rouson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 781 and 782
    4  insert:
    5         Section 9. For the 2019-2020 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $407,520 in nonrecurring funds from the Administrative Trust
    7  Fund is appropriated to the Office of Financial Regulation for
    8  the purpose of implementing this act.
