       Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism, and
       Economic Development (Diaz) recommended the following:
       
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (544834) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 582 - 586
    4  and insert:
    5  serve only two 4-year terms. All seven members shall be
    6  appointed by the Governor, subject to confirmation by the
    7  Senate. The district secretary of the department serving in
