       The Committee on Appropriations (Flores) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1342 - 1347
    4  and insert:
    5  approved and adopted by the authority on December 5, 2017, is
    6  not considered the ordinary course of business. Notwithstanding
    7  the foregoing, nothing contained herein shall prevent the
    8  authority from designing and planning projects contained in the
    9  5-year work program approved and adopted by the authority on
   10  December 5, 2017. The S.R. 836/Dolphin Expressway Southwest
   11  Extension to SW 136th Street, commonly referred to as the
   12  Kendall Parkway, shall be prioritized for planning and design
   13  and shall commence construction prior to year 2022. In addition,
   14  the project may not be negatively impacted by any loss of
   15  revenue resulting from a rate reduction by GMX or GMX consumer
   16  rebate for SunPass holders.
