       The Committee on Appropriations (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (387722) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 284 - 288
    4  and insert:
    5  with the automated driving system engaged while logged on to an
    6  on-demand autonomous vehicle network. A fully autonomous vehicle
    7  with the automated driving system engaged while logged on to an
    8  on-demand autonomous vehicle network must meet the insurance
    9  requirements in s. 627.749.
