       Senator Baxley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 33 and 34
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Membership.
    6  Members of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority whom hold the
    7  seat designated for the member of the city council and the seat
    8  designated for the member of the county commission may not serve
    9  consecutive terms. This section applies retroactively to July 1,
   10  2017.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 2 - 5
   15  and insert:
   16         An act relating to aviation; amending ss. 329.41 and
   17         329.51, F.S.; specifying that a lienor is not required
   18         to possess an aircraft to perfect certain liens;
   19         prohibiting certain members of the Greater Orlando
   20         Aviation Authority from servicing consecutive terms;
   21         providing for retroactive application; providing an
   22         effective date.
