       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Harrell) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 44 - 53
    4  and insert:
    5         3. Any information that can be used to identify a
    6  petitioner or respondent in a petition for an injunction against
    7  domestic violence, repeat violence, dating violence, sexual
    8  violence, stalking, or cyberstalking, and any affidavits, notice
    9  of hearing, and temporary injunction, is confidential and exempt
   10  from s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution
   11  until the respondent has been personally served with a copy of
   12  the petition for injunction, affidavits, notice of hearing, and
   13  temporary injunction.
   14         Section 2. The Legislature finds that it is a public
   15  necessity that any information that can be used to identify a
   16  petitioner or respondent in a petition for an
