       The Committee on Education (Thurston) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 61 - 74
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. Human trafficking awareness campaigns.—The
    6  Department of Legal Affairs shall, subject to legislative
    7  appropriations, develop campaigns to increase awareness of human
    8  trafficking, particularly among children and other potentially
    9  vulnerable populations. Such campaigns may include information
   10  concerning approaches used by traffickers, warning signs of
   11  trafficking, and inappropriate behaviors that should be
   12  reported.

   16         Delete lines 10 - 15
   17  and insert:
