       The Committee on Infrastructure and Security (Perry) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 50 - 51
    4  and insert:
    5  alternatively remove any such existing crosswalk.
    6         Section 2. The Legislature finds and declares that this act
    7  fulfills an important state interest.
    8         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020.
