       The Committee on Rules (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (497386) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 303 - 313
    4  and insert:
    5  relating to vacation rentals do does not apply to any local law,
    6  ordinance, or regulation governing exclusively relating to
    7  property valuation as a criterion for vacation rentals in any
    8  jurisdiction within rental if the local law, ordinance, or
    9  regulation is required to be approved by the state land planning
   10  agency pursuant to an area of critical state concern, as
   11  designated by s. 380.0552 or chapter 28-36, Florida
   12  Administrative Code.
