       The Committee on Infrastructure and Security (Lee) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (905948) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 28
    4  and insert:
    5  the local government’s jurisdiction; or to prevent a
    6  municipality, county, or agency of the state having jurisdiction
    7  over a bicycle lane, bicycle path, multiuse path, or trail
    8  network from restricting or prohibiting the operation of an
    9  electric bicycle on a bicycle lane, bicycle path, multiuse path,
   10  or trail network.
