       (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (139324) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 997 - 1002
    4  and insert:
    5  as a life felony and he or she is sentenced to a term of more
    6  than 20 years under s. 775.082(3)(a)1., 2., 3., 4., or 6., is
    7  entitled to a review of his or her sentence after 20 years.
    8         2. This paragraph does not apply to a person who is
    9  eligible for sentencing under s. 775.082(3)(a)5. or s.
   10  775.082(3)(c).
